- Pops are working ONLY when your mobile device is on idle, the screen is turned off
- By default, we configure your SMS to work with Pops. Therefore, we would suggest that you test the experience while receiving an SMS (...and the mobile is on idle)
- In order to work with Gmail, Facebook and Twitter, you will need to activate them
- Are using any of the following SMS apps: chomp sms, go sms, handcent ? --> try to disable
- Are you using one of the lockscreen replacement programs such as: ripplelock, agilelock, widgetlocker, lock2.0 ? --> try to disable

- Go to Settings > Notification settings
- Uncheck Enable popup

These are the actions you should take in order to allow Pops to work together with Go SMS:
1. Open Go SMS
2. Go to Settings > Receive Settings and un-check "Disable other message notifications"
3. Go to Settings > Notification Settings and un-check "Enable Popup windows"
